What will you be doing?

We are looking for someone to manage a portfolio of customer and prospect organisations and support central international sales team opportunities. The job holder will organise customer meetings and maintain an accurate and up to date database of accounts, utilising the group demonstrator resource to raise visibility of current and new products. A key part of the role is to operate within pre-determined budget guidelines to maximise profit and to monitor and report on fleet car and van market activity and competitor intelligence. A core responsibility is the optimisation of Renault and Dacia car positioning on company car choice lists, maximising restricted badge and volume opportunities, and to act as brand ambassador to Renault Group within the Fleet market. You will undertake customer hospitality as required and embody our brand values.

Success will be measured via car and LCV sales vs objective, the volume of transacting accounts, meetings / calls volumes and recording activities within our group CRM system.

Who are you?

The successful candidate will have comprehensive automotive, and Fleet market sector knowledge, a retailer or Fleet sales background, possibly from the Leasing industry, highly experienced in account and territory management, the UK Fleet Market, Fleet Management and Fleet operations and logistics. You are a strong networker, with experience in Electric Vehicle sales, and Mobility sales and negotiation. You have extensive Finance and Leasing experience along with knowledge of legislation, taxation, funding, WLC/SMR/TCO data.

Your communication and presentation skills are exemplary, comfortable with dealing with colleagues and clients at all levels. You have excellent commercial awareness and time management skills and are adept at creating and nurturing your network.
