Are you looking to join Renault Group UK as our National Corporate & Public Sector Sales Manager to deliver our annual fleet volume and profit target for our Corporate Account & Public Sector Sales Channels?

This exciting role involves developing and executing a strategy to grow and maintain Renault Group’s share of Key Account and Public Sector sales in the UK whilst leading and inspiring a team to deliver on their commercial objectives. The job holder will be ensuring the growth of our Corporate and Public Sector channels through robust, accurate data and by fostering strong customer relationships.

What will you be doing?

This role will take the lead on Key Account management and Fleet sales in the UK. You will be delivering the volume and share objective in Corporate and Public Sector channels and completing order take forecasting and performance management for Corporate and Public Sector sales. You will also deputise for Head of Fleet and Remarketing when required.

The job holder will provide market intelligence to the wider business and will validate and arbitrate on Corporate and Public Sector proposals as well as managing an outsourced sales function within an agreed Key Performance Indicator framework.

Success will be measured by the achievement of corporate and public sector sales and profit within the team.

Who are you?

The successful candidate will have prior experience in the UK Fleet market and a proven track record in managing teams, with superb communication skills and the ability to motivate others. You will have knowledge of legislation, taxation and funding and WLC/SMR costs and a thorough understanding of dealer operations and direct supply. Strong interpersonal skills are important, together with presentation, negotiation and influencing skills alongside the ability to interpret and present data.
