The Role: Sales Director
Lead and inspire our sales team, drive strategic growth, and align sales efforts with our business objectives. You’ll work closely with marketing to craft winning strategies, oversee recruitment and training, and capitalise on market trends to stay ahead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Motivate and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create aligned, impactful campaigns.
- Recruit, train, and mentor top sales talent.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in sales leadership and team management.
- Experience working in the MPS and/or I.T. Services sectors.
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about building and nurturing a high-performance team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Proficiency in relevant sales software and CRM systems.
