The Role: Sales Director

As a Sales Director at United Business Group, you will lead and inspire our sales team, drive strategic growth, and align sales efforts with our business objectives. You will work closely with marketing to craft winning strategies, oversee recruitment and training, and capitalize on market trends to stay ahead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Motivate and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business development.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create aligned, impactful campaigns.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor top sales talent.
