Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.
This position would be initially phone-based with some expectation to attend client meetings. Remote and Hybrid opportunities are available. Basic salary £30,000 DOE - £60,000 OTE
What you’ll be doing:
- To convert all customers, who currently fund any asset purchase via brokers to the business and for those customers to have signed a two-year exclusivity agreement
- To win new customers outside of the Boss Cabins customer base in the target markets listed below.
- To become the dominant finance broker in all the target markets listed below in 5 years,
- Self-generating and working with warm leads looking to convert
- Targeting markets such as Plant Hire, Car & Van Hire, Haulage, Agriculture and Manufacturing
- Showcasing high levels of objection handling and negotiating
What we expect from you:
- Previous Sales or Telesales experience within B2B would be advantageous
- Excellent telephone manners and organisational skills
- Grounded individual who is comfortable talking with people at all levels and is good at developing relationships.
- Experience using and maintaining a live CRM system critical. We use Zoho so experience in this would be preferable.
- Strong IT skills especially using Emails, Word & Excel
- Experience in working within FCA regulated Sales guidelines
