If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you We are partnering with Livonia Print, an industry leading book printing company who are based in Latvia to hire a dynamic Sales Representative that is looking to push their career to the next level.


What does the role involve?

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with UK publishers and initiating partnerships with potential customers in the USA. This role is essential to expanding their presence in the UK market and supporting the mission to transform publisher ideas into high-quality books of all types. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth, negotiating contracts, and representing Livonia Print at industry events.

You won’t be starting from scratch, Livonia Print already partner with the industry leaders like Macmillan Publishers, Penguin Books, Dorling Kindersley, and Bonnier in the UK. Although they are a known brand with an excellent client base, we are looking to bring in a dynamic salesperson that can scale the UK client base and increase the turnover that is generated.


What will you be doing?

In this position you will be developing relationships with multiple stakeholders across different sectors and industries in the UK. You will use your ability to build rapport to create and maintain strong relationships with publishers that align with the values of Livonia Print.

It is important that you have a keen eye for driving sales, you will need to identify new business opportunities, lead contract negotiations, and represent Livonia Print at key industry events in order to generate revenue.

You will use the knowledge you have of the publishing sector to navigate the tender processes, win trust and secure long-term relationships with key publishers across the UK.


What do you need to bring?

· Ideally, you will have worked within the publishing industry

· You will understand the particular nuances to the sector so you can be effective quickly.

· Up to date with current trends in the UK publishing market.

· Excellent communication skills (EU language skills would be advantageous)

· Proven experience of growing revenue as an individual contributor.

· Experience of developing a sales strategy to drive growth.

Livonia are specialists in the production of high-quality books, including hardcovers and paperbacks for publishers worldwide.
