Remote Interim Company Secretary - 9 month FTC

I am currently working for a leading asset management business who have an urgent requirement for an interim company secretary who has strong regulated and meeting support experience.

Some of your duties will include

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide service delivery to the Management Company with team assistance.
  2. Organise and coordinate board and committee meetings.
  3. Prepare board papers, documentation, attend meetings, and take minutes.
  4. Review and oversee junior team members' preparation of documents, board packs, minutes, and resolutions to maintain standards.
  5. Prepare, finalise, and manage resolutions and other corporate documents.
  6. Assist in compiling and preparing management information as needed.
  7. Take on additional duties as required.
  8. Understand fund corporate governance practices and regulatory requirements, staying updated on changes.
  9. Ensure client files and corporate records are appropriately maintained and updated.
  10. Promote team building and communication to support a cohesive organizational culture.
