We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a background in technology marketing to join our team as an Interim Head of Marketing. This is a hybrid/remote role that offers flexibility and is suitable for someone seeking a non-traditional work schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our brand and marketing initiatives, including marketing planning and channel development. Additionally, you will have line management responsibilities for a team of two marketing professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Brand and Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop comprehensive brand and marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Ensure that all marketing efforts are consistent with our brand identity and positioning.
- Social Media Strategy Development: Create and implement a robust social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive customer acquisition. Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to maximise the impact of our campaigns.
- Community Engagement and Customer Support: Foster meaningful relationships with our community through effective engagement initiatives. Develop customer support strategies and ensure timely responses to inquiries, feedback, and complaints across various channels.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Utilise market insights to inform marketing strategies and drive innovation in our campaigns.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyse competitors' marketing activities, messaging, and positioning. Identify opportunities and develop strategies to differentiate our brand and stay ahead in the market.
- Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including defining target audiences, determining key messages, and selecting appropriate marketing channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and measurement of marketing initiatives.
- Channel Development: Identify and evaluate marketing channels to reach our target audience effectively. Develop partnerships, manage relationships with third-party vendors, and explore new opportunities for expanding our marketing reach.
- Line Management: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to a team of two marketing professionals. Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster their professional growth.
