**ABOUT THE ROLE** : Our Head of Marketing & Digital Product will be responsible for driving the overarching patient acquisition & retention strategy and ensuring its effective delivery through digital product, user experience, digital marketing and brand communications. The role will oversee an internal team as well as all external agency and engineering partners. The role sits on the group management team and reports directly into the board of directors for strategic projects.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review marketing strategy and suggest improvements
- Review digital product strategy and suggest improvements
- Manage and optimise products, platforms, integrations
- Manage and optimise use of data (marketing / commercial)
- Oversee all brand development / communication
- Oversee all content marketing / social media
- Oversee all paid and organic acquisition channels (inbound & outbound)
- Oversee all owned retention channels
- Determine, track and refine KPIs
- Use data and reporting daily to make evidence-based decisions and anticipate trends
- Organise, mentor and lead internal staff and external agency / engineering teams
- Work smartly and effectively with all levels of leadership including founders / owners
- Work closely with Patient Services team to optimise patient experience / onboarding
- Work closely with Clinical & Regulatory team to optimise ‘what can be done’
- Stay up to date on the cannabis industry - products, strains, regulations, competition etc.
- Review and manage budgets, then keep them in check every month
- Always champion bold, innovative ideas and technology

**ABOUT YOU**
- Passion for cannabis
- Experience of working in regulated environments such as medicinal cannabis or alcohol.
- Commercial, entrepreneurial and curious
- 10 years experience in digital marketing and / or project management
- In depth knowledge of technology and digital marketing
- Comfortable working every day with data and analytics
- Comfortable with branding and creative communications
- Always stay on top of tools, trends and technologies
- Ready to embrace challenges with both strategic and creative thinking
- Not afraid to change direction fast if something isn’t working
- Customer-centric thinker and the ability to translate digitally
- Experience with multiple martech platforms
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager and ready to assert influence
- Constantly strive to raise the bar
- Sense of ownership and pride in your work
