*Duties:*
- Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, coding expenses, and preparing payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed.
- Provide support to the accounting team as required.

*Skills Required:*
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, organised, and has a strong understanding of accounts payable processes. The Account Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting the accounting team.
