What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Fleet Compliance Administrator Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in working with one of our biggest customer accounts. You will be responsible for managing our customers' enquires such as processing fines, taxing vehicles, and dealing with the vehicle's safety.

In order to set you up for success, you'll receive industry-leading training through our Customer First programme and our accredited EV (electric vehicle) Academy. This is a hybrid role where there is a requirement to work 3 days from our Trowbridge office. You will work on an early (8:30-17:00) and late (9:00-17:40) shift rotation.

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Ensure fines and receipts are processed and documented
- Completing the processes for vehicle taxing, personalised number plates and issuing parking permits
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders e.g auction houses
- Notifying customers for due/overdue MOT requests

You're enthusiastic and always enjoy delivering great customer service. You're well organised and have great attention to detail, alongside possessing the ability to manage priority workloads and time-sensitive tasks.

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate, specifically in the use of Excel
- Self-motivated and a desire to delight your customer
- You enjoy learning new things
