You’ll be part of a team who enjoy weekly commission payments (we’re talking into the thousands here), proper training (don’t panic: you’ll do three weeks of it before we’ll let you anywhere near a phone), and genuine progression opportunities. You’ll also be well paid You'll receive a generous basic salary from day one and we offer every Telesales Executive an Audi A1 Company Car. We also don’t expect you to work at silly times; there’s no evenings or weekend work here, just Monday- Friday 08:30 to 17:00.
Please note, this role is an office based position in Bournemouth.

In return for this we are looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 6-month's experience in a sales, customer service or similar role.
Is driven, motivated and enthusiastic to go above and beyond set targets.
Is hardworking and resilient, we all know sales comes with its challenges.
Is influential, persuasive and a strong communicator.
Has a positive and proactive attitude.
Is outgoing, fun and enjoys a high energy, fast paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Initial telephone contact to potential new customers
Using your gatekeeper skills to ensure you speak to the Managing Director or Key Decision Maker
Fluently delivering the marketing script, ensuring the decision maker is excited about the prospect of our product
Ensuring the business qualifies in line with the key criteria then obtaining commitment from the key decision maker for an appointment
