As a Telesales Executive , your key responsibilities will include reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and closing deals. You will undergo comprehensive training and receive a life-changing commission package. 

Please note, this role is anoffice-based position in Bournemouth.

What do we offer our Telesales Executives?

A generous basic salary of £30,000 per annum. Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £60,000, however our average earnings in the team are £72,538 and our top performers earning over £103,232 per annum. Prestigious progression opportunities for our high achievers to support long-term career goals. Additional weekly incentives including paid trips away, vouchers, prizes to take home and the opportunity to finish early – Who doesn’t love an extended evening or weekend A fully maintained company car, even though the role is 100% office based. 24 days holiday + bank holidays which increases with longevity of service. Monday to Friday working hours, 08:30-17:00 – no evenings or weekend work. Private Health Insurance for you and your family. Discounted gym membership and Vodafone phone contract. Brand new working facilities with sea views of Bournemouth beach front.

In return for this we are looking for someone who:

Has a minimum of 6-month's experience in a sales, customer service or similar role. Is driven, motivated and enthusiastic to go above and beyond set targets. Is hardworking and resilient, we all know sales comes with its challenges. Is influential, persuasive and a strong communicator. Has a positive and proactive attitude. Is outgoing, fun and enjoys a high energy, fast paced environment.
