The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Gym & Spa Area Manager to oversee multiple high-end residential gym and spa facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong operational background, with a focus on maintaining impeccable standards and delivering first-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

· Provide operational support and guidance to ensure smooth day-to-day running of facilities.

· Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety are consistently upheld.

· Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to operational procedures and company policies.

· Monitor financial performance, ensuring budgets are met and resources are efficiently managed.

Customer Experience:

· Design and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey.

· Collaborate with residential management teams to align services with residents' needs.

· Drive resident engagement through innovative wellness programs and events.

Team Leadership:

· Train, mentor, and manage on-site teams to deliver exceptional service.

· Provide ongoing support to site managers, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to succeed.

· Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for motivating staff.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents and team members.

· Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Flexibility to travel between Manchester and London sites on a minimum monthly basis.
