Albida require a Workday Functional Consultant to join our permanent team to deliver on our customer projects. The consultant required will have strong experience in Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Compensation & Benefits.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide Workday Functional SME services to the Albida customers.
  • Work with customers to ensure requirements are understood and built accurately into the Workday solution.
  • Work with customer sponsors and key users to understand and develop improved business processes and produce plans for implementation of Adv Comp and Comp & Bens.
  • Support wider functional team, integrations, testing, data, and change management to ensure correct functional builds.
  • Working closely with customer business teams and internal delivery teams to ensure maximal team engagement.


Skills Required:

  • Functional & Technical Configuration experience.
  • Workday Advanced Compensation.
  • Workday Compensation & Benefits.
  • Previous experience in a configuration heavy position.
  • Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders, customers, and colleagues alike.
  • Strong personable skills and team player mindset.
