As we continue to grow we are looking to hire a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and addressing human resources issues and/or areas of focus in alignment with the organizational objectives.


The HR Manager implements and oversees local human resources strategies, policies, and procedures in various areas such as employment, benefits, training, records, safety, and employee relations. This is going to be a busy and fun role


The HR Manager guides and supports local management and staff on human resources matters and ensures compliance with national and regional legal requirements.



What will I do in this role?


  • Under the direction of the Chief People Officer, establish and monitor human resources objectives and plans for the UK offices.
  • Manage and coordinate local human resources operations, including onboarding, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff.
  • Maintain locally competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Implement and manage performance management, staff engagement, retention, and Equal Opportunity initiatives and programs.
  • Resolve and mediate employee grievances and complaints and provide advice and counsel to managers and staff on human resources issues and best practices.
  • Research, develop, write, and update human resources policies, procedures, and guidelines and communicate and enforce them across the organization.
  • Support and encourage the company's vision, mission, and values and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Stay abreast of the changes and developments in the human resources field and the relevant legislation and regulations and advise management on the necessary actions and compliance measures.
  • Prepare and maintain human resources reports, records, and documentation and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of the data.
  • Manage and collaborate with external human resources vendors, consultants, and partners as needed.



What do I need to succeed in this role?


  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience progressive human resources experience, preferably in a consultancy business.
  • A certification or membership in a professional human resources association such as CIPD/CPHR.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of UK employment law and labour relations practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and demands.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally as required.
