With this role, you will be responsible for managing repairs and booking appointments, providing exceptional service to residents and clients. Hours: 8:30am-4:30pmLocation: BickleySalary: £24-£26k

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance appointments for our residents, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to arrange suitable dates and times for appointments, resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Manage all incoming enquiries and requests, providing accurate and timely information to residents, clients, and internal staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and repair work, ensuring that all relevant documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
  • Collaborate with our team of administrators to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the efficient running of the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a housing or property management environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
