**Job Description - Hybrid Working (FT or PT)**

This role is perfect for a highly motivated Customer Support Administrator/Coordinator who is ready to take the next step in their career. Dynamic Client Solutions (DCS) is a Training Provider based in Bromley near Bickley. We are looking for someone business-minded, enthusiastic and highly motivated team player. Do you have experience in coordinating projects and keeping abreast of the administration to go with them? This may be the role for you.

**FLEXIBLE WORKING - Hybrid Working**

Working hours: Monday
- Friday 9am to 5pm

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
- Keeping the main social media up to date
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
- Producing documents, and presentations;
- Attending meetings
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
- Carrying out specific projects and research;
- Marketing new courses
- Keeping website up to date with events and courses
- Organising events

A multi-skilled and multi-talented individual is required to carry out varying tasks such as:

- Brainstorming and developing creative ideas

**Qualifications and Skills**

Administration, Social Media, Co-ordinating, Advertising or related A ‘levels/degree e.g. _Marketing, Business Administration, Business, Media is preferred._

Good level of fluency in English.

Organised, logical thinking, effective, hardworking

Good at social media and MS office

**Required education**:
Minimum A ‘Levels

**Required experience**:
Administration: 3 years

Social Media: 1 years

Customer Service: 2 years

MS Office: In particular MS Word & Excel

Marketing: 1 years

Canva and eventbrite: 2 years
