The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrator to provide administrative and file management support to our Fee Earners and wider teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large and small copying requests
  • Bind and finish copied work
  • Process file management requests
  • Create, open, and close files
  • Return or add documents to existing client files
  • Process archive retrieval requests
  • Collect and deliver post
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Set up meeting rooms
  • Provide refreshments

This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with reception and administration experience within a law firm. A strong benefits package is offered to the successful candidate.
