**Sales Administration Role**
**Package**:
- £29 - £31K per annum depending on experience
- Full time Monday - Friday 09:30 - 17:30
- 20 days holiday including Christmas shut down
**Requirement**
- Good administration skills, proficient in Microsoft packages.
- Possess excellent communication and time management skills.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Can multi-task and prioritise activities required of you.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
**Preference**
- Zoho software experience is preferred but not essential. Training provided.
**Sales Administration**
- Form part of the administration team supporting the sales team and e-commerce.
- Undertake client Anit Money Laundering Checks and report on outcomes.
- Proactively engage with the sales team on any queries.
- Creating lists and data management.
- Ensure that data and information is accurate and up to date.
- Customer services support from time to time.
- Taking payments and sending pay by links when required.
- Providing client updates on deliveries.
**Finance Administration**
- Assisting in house bookkeeper with bank reconciliation, uploading vendor invoices and reconciling vendor accounts. Experience preferred but not a requirement as training will be provided.
**Marketing Administration**
- Provide feedback to external marketing consultants.
**HR and Facilities**
- Support the induction processes for new members of the team.
- Support on facility requirements and office needs - liaising with external stakeholders.
- Assist with new starter process and policy.
- Responsible for recording annual leave and sick leave.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
