Sales Administrator

We are looking for a focused, driven, hardworking and adaptable individual to join our rapidly growing business, situated in the heart of Bromley. Our office is within a 5 minute walk of Bromley South station and we have an agreement with the local shopping centre for significantly reduced parking.

The role will include the following:

- Outbound telephone sales strategies
- Assisting with the administrative duties and preparation for meeting prospective clients
- Social media marketing and strategies
- Assisting with client onboarding and other onboarding administrative
- Dealing with inbound sales enquiries
- Liaising with the companies chosen panel of Solicitors, with guidance from the Office Manager
- Working with the Sales Manager and Office Manager on new initiatives to help grow the business
- Possibility of Account Management training to manage your own clients

Essential:

- A minimum of one year sales experience
- A positive 'can do' attitude
- Willing to help grow personally and work in a small team
- Able to multitask
- Ambitious and able to adapt

Desirable:

- Full UK driving license
- A background in the financial industry
- Experience within Account Management

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus

- Bromley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
