Office Administrator

We are looking for an outgoing and adaptable individual to join our rapidly growing business, situated in the heart of Bromley. Our office is within a 5 minute walk of Bromley South station and we have an agreement with the local shopping centre for significantly reduced parking.

The role will include the following:

- Assisting with the administrative duties and preparation for meeting prospective clients
- Social media marketing and strategies
- Assisting with client onboarding and associated administrative duties
- Dealing with inbound enquiries
- Liaising with the companies chosen panel of Solicitors, with guidance from the Office Manager
- Working with the Sales Manager and Office Manager on new initiatives to help grow the business
- Possibility of career growth

Essential:

- A minimum of one year office experience
- A positive 'can do' attitude
- Willing to help grow personally and work in a small team
- Able to multitask
- Ambitious and able to adapt

Desirable:

- Full UK driving license
- Microsoft office experience

Supplemental pay types:

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
