Clairleigh Nursing Home requires a full time receptionist this post is to cover sickness for atwo to three month period.

The duties are listed below, numerical skills would be an advantage as staff salaries and hours worked are required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in using computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
