**Job Summary** and key responsibilities**:
Ensure the smooth running of the Reception at Head Office and to assist staff and guests when using the building. To identify and report maintenance issues within the building and to ensure excellent presentation of the building at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Opening/Securing of main building
- Open Reception. Check TV’s/Monitors/Dishwasher
- Purchase sundry items as required-newspapers/milk
- Receive and sort post
- Meet and greet visitors
- Signing in and hospitality
- Show visitors to meeting room or reception seating (staff member to tell you) If someone is taking a key you must sign the key out and then back in again.
- Manage booking of board rooms using online calendar.
- Set up board rooms ahead of meetings (liaise with relevant PA or staff member) Offer drinks throughout meeting ensure board rooms are clear after each meeting
- Regular walk around to check building and all appliances. Note any issues and report.
- Monitor the call out until problem is resolved.
- Receive staff complaints about the building, assess the problem and resolve.
- Testing of fire alarms. Check extinguishers Fire drill twice annually
- Report maintenance issues
- assist various departments in Particular property management -assistance with new lets
- Ad hoc duties include; banking, scanning, filing.
- Lunches. Teas/Coffees
