Our client, a credible and prestigious property consultancy with beautiful offices in the West End is currently seeking a committed, reliable, and highly organised candidate to join their HR team in an HR administration capacity. A role with HR and recruitment responsibility, this person would be joining an established and inclusive team who could offer superb on boarding and training. Working closely with the HR Executive and the Recruitment Manager, this is a key role in supporting the company’s HR function, acting as first point of contact for general enquiries as well as coordinating several administrative processes and providing support to the wider team as and when needed. The client is open to seeing recent school or university leavers, as well as candidates with some prior HR/ admin experience. What's non-negotiable for them, is a fantastic work ethic, reliability, discretion, and a genuine interest in the people and HR function. The ideal candidate is likely to have a client facing manner, and HR background or interests, excellent communication skills and be adept at using Ms office. This role is office based, and offers superb training and career progression.
