About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join our collaborative and friendly HR team at Career Moves. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our HRIS Cascade system, ensuring its proper functioning, and providing exceptional user support.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR System Functionality: Ensure the seamless operation of our HR system, including data entry, screens, and workflow processes.
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and role data in Cascade, covering various aspects such as benefits, holidays, work patterns, and organizational changes.
  • System Development: Develop and implement new features, screens, and functionalities to accommodate new pay and benefits items, such as Healthcare Plans and Sharesave Plans.
  • HR Reporting: Generate scheduled HR reports and fulfill requests for new report creations.
  • User Support: Provide timely and effective support to employees regarding HR system-related queries, resolving issues ranging from login problems to specific inquiries about holiday calculations.
  • Company Rules and Data Uploads: Maintain and update company rules within the system, including holiday entitlements and other variables. Conduct individual and bulk data uploads, utilizing Excel spreadsheets for importing and exporting data.
  • Document Templates: Utilize document templates for mail merges using Cascade data, particularly for generating individual employee letters related to events like annual pay reviews and bonus plans.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact for the vendor's helpdesk, securing first-line support to address system issues and escalate unresolved matters when necessary.
  • Payroll Integration: Collaborate with our internal payroll team to ensure accurate data synchronization between HR and Payroll modules in Cascade on a monthly basis.
  • User Profile Management: Maintain, allocate, and safeguard user profiles, ensuring appropriate access levels are assigned to users.
Requirements
  • Prior exposure to Systems Administration within a HR role.
  • Previous experience of Cascade HRIS.
  • A genuine love for data and systems.
