My client is searching for a Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join their team based in Canterbury, Kent.

You will deal with all aspects of Commercial Property, such as Land Registry applications and SDLT returns.

The ideal candidate will have strong secretarial skills and basic knowledge of the conveyancing process. Somebody who is currently a commercial property secretary, or an experienced residential property secretary who is interested in commercial property, may be well suited to the role.

The successful candidate will be a natural problem solver and not afraid to take the initiative when they identify that an issue needs to be resolved. You’ll need to be confident and professional on the telephone and we will also expect you to be engaging and personable when greeting the firm’s clients in person.

My clients team is friendly and committed. One-to-one training will be provided, and progression is likely for the right candidate.
