Job Title: Conveyancing Legal Secretary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Legal Secretary to join our busy Residential Property team at Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will provide full secretarial support within all aspects of residential property, including diary management, onboarding new clients, and preparing letters and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Residential Property team, including diary management and onboarding new clients
  • Prepare letters, emails, and other documents as required
  • Manage digital dictation and billing
  • Deal with correspondence and ensure all documents are accurately filed in the case management system

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant in a Residential Property team
  • Previous experience with Legal software packages and/or case management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Package:
