**Legal Secretary - Commercial Property - Canterbury - £24,000**

**Our client, a prestigious and historic Kent law firm highly ranked in the Legal 500 are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide key support to their active and successful Commercial Property team.**

You should be used to working as part of a busy, close-knit team, with a positive, proactive approach and a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

This is a general secretarial role within Commercial Property and will cover the following areas:

- Arranging appointments and client visits
- Dealing with client enquires
- Stamp Duty and Land Tax requirements
- Preparation of correspondence and documents, including lease extensions and deeds etc.
- Assisting with the commercial process, i.e. searches and enquiries.
- Audio Typing
- Coordination of Solicitor diaries
- General duties covering filing, post delivery and collection, photocopying and opening /closing of files
- Meeting and greeting clients
