Role –

Working as a National Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue and motivating and managing a team of exceptional medical sales professionals.   • CANDIDATES MUSH HAVE OPHTHALMIC EXPERIENCE AND SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
  • They will be passionate about developing and improving the skills of their team.
  • They will be used to delivering growth - leading a team to meet sales targets is essential.
  • Candidates must have excellent man management skills and be able to demonstrate their ability to influence KOL’s at a senior level.
  • Proven ability to drive, develop and mentor salespeople is essential.
