About the Role

Olympus UK & Ireland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our Customer Solutions team. As a National Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the North of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Management and Marketing, to drive sales opportunities and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and pipeline through our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in field-based technical sales roles, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices sector.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
