The Role:

Recorra is currently looking for a talented Tender & Copywriting Executive to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. We are looking for an individual with outstanding writing and editing skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Your primary focus will be tender writing and marketing copywriting; however, you will also assist with various tasks required within the marketing team such as campaigns, service launches, and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the writing of tenders and sales proposals
  • Compile Selection Questionnaires (SQ) and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ)
  • Collate supporting information for tender submissions
  • Assist the Tender Manager in preparing tender submissions
  • Create and revise various types of marketing collateral, including blogs, newsletters, brochures, white papers, case studies, emails, informational sheets, and website material
  • Prepare and write award submissions to effectively showcase our achievements with clients
  • Draft and distribute press releases to generate media coverage
  • Aid the Marketing Campaign Manager in writing copy for digital campaigns
  • Adapt writing style to suit audience and client needs
  • Contribute to new product launches by writing compelling copy for presentations, informational sheets, and emails
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce tender and marketing materials and support with projects as needed
  • Serve as a brand champion, ensuring that all copy aligns with our brand message and guidelines
  • Developing a full understanding of the waste industry and sustainability field

As a Tender & Copywriting Executive, we require the following skills and traits:

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Good analytic ability
  • Strong organisational abilities, ensuring efficient time management and timely completion of tasks
