Our client is a major USA company that has grown considerably and won some prestigious entrepreneur awards. It is now nearing achievement on one billion dollars sales. It leads in supporting clients with digital marketing focusing on the long-term success of clients. Delivery of results rather than just short-term sales. The whole structure of the company is geared to long term success. This means that the company already makes substantial profits just from repeat orders. Many of its competitors produce sales but fail to deliver to expectations and continually lose customers.

The Role

The Appointment Setter/ Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and booking new business meetings from a defined set of target accounts. Part of your daily process is networking and educating CMOs, Demand Generation operatives, Operations and Marketing professionals on the company’s proven & proprietary tactics.

By effectively communicating the company’s value proposition and demonstrating a genuine interest in the target’s results and ROI, you will put marketers in-touch with the company Account Executives/Managers who will run meetings/demos (which you have booked) to help the prospective account reach their most critical goals and create recurring business opportunities for the company.

After between 6-12 months of effectively booking, qualified, net-new meetings, you may be offered the opportunity to advance to Account Executive, in which you would be closing your own business.

Position: EMEA, Sales Development Representative

Location: Central London - City

Salary:£22-25k + 1% Commission on Deals resulting from appointments made

Office/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid (2 days/week in the office)

Position Objectives:

  • Develop, maintain and surpass a weekly and monthly action plan with targeted goals and KPIs
  • Hone your sales skills to consult and educate prospects and targets
  • Identify challenges and come up with solutions
  • Demonstrate your skills from prospecting to booking meetings with customer advocacy throughout
  • Show passion, enthusiasm, and positivity on a daily basis to your team, prospects, clients and network
