**Type**: Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days in the office)

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Appointment Setter to join our sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. As a Sales Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments for our sales representatives, and contributing to the overall success of our sales department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries.
- Utilise various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events, to generate new leads.
**Appointment Setting**:
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and assessing their potential as valuable customers.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
**Communication and Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and appointment-setting progress.
**CRM Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of the workwear industry is a plus.
**Work Schedule**:
This is a hybrid position, requiring the Sales Appointment Setter to work 2 days from home and 3 days in our London office.
**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year
