In our 360 Creator Division, we partner with some of the UK’s most successful social-first talent, such as The Nursery Nurse, Jess & Norma, and The Spud Bros. We support creators across content strategy, brand partnerships, live events, and business ventures.


Our Agency Division delivers performance-driven influencer marketing campaigns for growth orientated brands. 


We’re a fast-growing scale-up with a flexible culture where high performers thrive, and we’re looking for an Account Executive to join us and play a critical role in driving our next phase of growth.


Job Overview:

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for everything from influencer outreach and negotiations to briefing and contracting. In this role, you’ll ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard, delivering on performance targets and brand objectives. You will also track and report on campaign performance, using data to measure success and optimise future strategies.


Key responsibilities:


  1. End-to-End campaign management: 
  • Manage the end to end journey of influencer marketing campaigns, from inception to post-campaign analysis. 
  • Ensure campaigns are executed according to client expectations, with clear timelines and deliverables. 
  • Coordinate and plan with your internal team, and manage external influencer relationships to ensure all campaign elements are delivered on time and on brand.\


  1. Influencer outreach & negotiations: 
  • Identify, research, and outreach to influencers who align with brand goals and target audiences. 
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with influencers, fostering a network of trusted collaborators. 
  • Handle all negotiations regarding compensation, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines, balancing both the client’s budget and influencer requirements.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with industry best practices and legal requirements.


  1. Campaign briefing & contracting: 
  • Prepare clear and detailed campaign briefs to ensure influencers understand their deliverables, the brand’s key messages, content guidelines, and campaign goals.
  • Manage the creation, review, and execution of influencer contracts, ensuring terms are agreed upon and legally binding, covering deliverables, usage rights, payment schedules, and content ownership.


  1. Data capture & monitoring: 
  • Regularly track campaign performance throughout its duration. 
  • Collect relevant data, including reach, engagement, conversions, and any other campaign-specific KPIs. 
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with the brief and brand guidelines, flagging any issues or opportunities for optimization in real-time.


  1. Performance Measurement & Reporting: 
  • Analyse post-campaign performance data to evaluate the success of influencer activities.
  • Create reports that include both quantitative and qualitative insights, such as reach, engagement rates, ROI, and learnings from influencer partnerships.


  1.  Collaboration with internal teams: 
  • Work closely with the Senior Account Director and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Support the Senior Account Director in preparing for and attending client meetings, offering insights and expertise on campaign strategies and performance.


  1. Market Trends & Influencer Research:
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, influencer marketing best practices, platform updates (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and emerging influencers. 
  • Regularly review and refresh the agency’s influencer database to ensure access to a diverse pool of talent for future campaigns.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management roles.
  • Influencer campaign knowledge: Familiarity with influencer outreach, negotiation processes, and contracting.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, with a good understanding of data-driven decision making.
  • Strong communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and influencers.
  • Organisational skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with relevant marketing tools and platforms for influencer marketing and data analytics.
