Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Team Manager to join a Safeguarding Team based in South West London.

Duties as a Team Manager:

  1. The post holder will be responsible for managing senior practitioners, social workers and ASYE social workers.
  2. Providing a responsive and progressive supervision space to Social Workers, ensuring timely support to children and their families.
  3. Operating a team duty system and supporting the allocation of children and family Assessments, overseeing their support within s17 and s47 CA 1989 frameworks.
  4. Supporting the development of the team both through embedding Signs of Safety as well as encouraging the overall development of the team with their knowledge.

Requirements of a Team Manager:

  1. Social Work England registration
  2. Eligible to work in the UK
  3. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
