The Role:

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email and telephone, ensuring every request is managed efficiently and with a personal touch.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the main contact for customer inquiries, ensuring all requests are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Preparing quotations for spare parts based on materials identified from engineer service reports, customer-owned equipment inspections, and customer enquiries.
  • Maintaining and updating the Customer Relations Database in line with CRM guidelines.
  • Processing customer orders and updating all necessary databases, including creating purchase orders.
  • Arranging equipment for offshore inspections.
  • Booking training courses for offshore engineers.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management to support the team and business objectives.
