This role is with a private sector organisation based in Belfast City Centre. In this role you will be working 24 hours per week, across 4 days. This will be a rota based from Monday through to ;
- Administrative Support:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining records, processing applications, and handling enquiries. - Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding service issues, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Coordinate resource allocations and manage productivity levels to maximise the efficient use of resources.
- Work closely with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and upkeep of company facilities
- Assist with billing, expenditures, and financial reporting related to resources
- Organise and support events and activities that enhance customer experience
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
