- Source, identify, and recruit qualified protection advisors to meet the company's staffing needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- **Onboarding**:
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration of new protection advisors into the organization.
- Facilitate orientation sessions and provide necessary training to support the professional development of new hires.
- **HR Tasks**:
- Oversee day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Utilize a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR functions, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
