We are looking to hire a part time Finance and Admin Intern to join our team to support the growing company’s needs. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and advance your career in a start-up nature. You will need to be ready to work in a flexible environment where everyone is aligned to company development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all data is entered correctly and accurately onto Excel in a timely manner
  • Prioritise workload to ensure data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Assist with project reconciliation as needed
  • Support the finance department with all project and admin related tasks
  • Ensure paperwork in the office is filed and organised as required
  • Communicate with team members and management regarding data entry tasks, deadlines and other administrative requirements.
  • Provide administrative support as needed amongst all departments


The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have the following:

  • Previous data entry experience
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Constant requirement for personal growth
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
