Front Office Finance Admin

The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is looking for Front Office Finance Admin who will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the front office or client-facing teams within a financial institution. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, client interaction, and financial data management. The primary duties and responsibilities include:
- Maintaining records of client interactions and transactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide research and administrative support to all departments and individuals, where necessary.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Preparing financial reports, including monthly statements and annual audits, in accordance with government regulations regarding accounting standards
- Creating and updating spreadsheets of daily transactions
- Managing accounts receivable and payable
- Reviewing and processing reimbursements
- Identifying and addressing account discrepancies
- Inputting and updating client information in the system.
- Assisting with data entry and data maintenance tasks.
- Collaborating with compliance teams to ensure client data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
