As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) by ensuring effective governance, financial planning, and project delivery. You will work closely with the Project Manager (PM) to provide comprehensive support in all aspects of project management, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

Governance:

Develop and maintain project governance frameworks and processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Monitor project risks and issues, providing timely updates and mitigation strategies.

Project Management:

Assist the PM in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.

Track project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with objectives.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Finance:


Support financial planning and budgeting for projects.

Monitor project expenditures and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Assist in cost-benefit analysis and financial forecasting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on governance, project management, and finance.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).

Proficiency in financial planning and analysis, with the ability to interpret and manage budgets.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
