Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Management Office Analyst to join our team at Workonblockchain. As a key member of our project management office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project governance support to our project teams, including gate reviews, assurance, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with our business planning team to develop and implement project management processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain project management dashboards and reports to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with our stakeholders to understand their needs and provide insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of our project management methodology and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in project governance, including gate reviews, assurance, and reporting.
  • Proven track record of improving project processes and governance.
  • Experience working in a project management office or business planning team within a utility company or project delivery organization.
  • Project management qualification desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
