Options Resourcing are working with a brand new telecoms company based in Whiteley, Fareham, who are recruiting for a seasoned Sales Manager who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Team: Hire, train, and support the sales team to perform their best.
  • Hit Targets: Set and meet sales goals each month, quarter, and year.
  • Grow Business: Find new customers and grow relationships with existing ones.
  • Track Progress: Keep an eye on sales numbers and report to management regularly.
  • Plan Sales: Create and adjust sales plans to meet market needs.
  • Work Together: Collaborate with other teams like marketing and customer service to improve results.
  • Know the Market: Stay updated on telecom trends and competitors to stay ahead.
  • Ensure Compliance: Make sure the team follows company policies and industry rules.
