RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT FOR LUXURY RETAIL RECRUITMENT AGENCYTHE COMPANY:We are a business established 10 years ago who specialises in luxury retail recruitment globally via our permanent and temporarys divisions.We are a diverse team of ex retailers working closely with the leading international fashion & beauty brands; tailoring to their staffing needs.We like to be connected to our 5 core values; teamwork, adaptable, inclusive, integrity and achieve which we are proud to represent.THE ROLEWe are a boutique concept luxury recruitment company hiring for temporary staff who will have the opportunities to work at the worlds leading luxury department stores and boutiques.  We are all about delivering the outstanding service to both our clients and candidates, our pool grows on a weekly basis and we deliver bigger by day.Our team within 360 Talent temps is growing bigger and we need new talents to be apart of our family.We are currently looking for a LUXURY RETAIL RECRUITER with proven experience in the role previously and someone that has very good understading of the luxury retail industry.The main goal of this role and the candidate will be to grow our brand in the beauty recruitment industry and market our expertise in the beauty field; working closely with beauty brands and networking to build relationships and secure business opportunities.This is a work from remote role with one day in the office, field and home; you must be someone comfortable working independentaly and self motivated.THE CANDIDATE
  • Previous proven experience within luxury retail recruitment
  • Good understanding of luxury retail and brands
  • Confident in being on field and approaching new businesses and having conversations
  • Experience in customer service
  • Flexible to work at least between upto 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday
  • Well presented with confidence in giving fantastic client service 
  • Outstanding telephone and email manner
  • Very well spoken in English
  • Able to work under pressure and great at multi-tasking
  • Someone who enjoys working behind the screen, operational and computer savvy
  • You must be able to use straight forward softwares, outlook and microsoft office
  • You must be very well organised and can work timely in all circumstances
  • You must be someone who has eye for detail and has patience as a skill
  • Immediate start required
  • This can be a part time or a full time role
