Brook Street is recruiting on behalf of our government client for a Reception Customer Services Assistant.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Provide professional front-of-house reception and administrative duties.
- Respond to operational needs and offer administrative support to ensure day-to-day tasks are managed effectively.
- Deliver high-quality reception services to staff, visitors, and collaborators.
- Act as the first point of contact with customers via various communication channels, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective service delivery.
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a busy customer service or reception role, maintaining professionalism and composure under pressure.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficient in IT, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications.
- Able to work independently and use initiative.
