Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Assistant:
- Customer service and administration
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all enquiries are resolved promptly.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Performing duties in other departments to meet critical company objectives, if required.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Working to company values at all times
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

A successful Customer Service Assistant should have:
