If you have excellent communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you This is a temp to perm position starting as soon as possible, paying £11.44 per hour increasing to £25,000 - £26,000 per annum once perm. Working 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 3.30pm on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our client's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Assist in managing customer accounts, including processing orders, updating personal details, and resolving billing inquiries.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to the management team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
