**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our prestigious client's friendly and growing customer service team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with telephone & e-mail queries, investigating customer job-related queries, and providing support throughout the claim process. Key responsibilities include prioritizing workload, updating documents, and undertaking ad hoc administrative tasks.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A team player with good time management skills is also essential.
