The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the company’s growth and expanding its market presence by delivering exceptional customer service to its clients. This role demands an individual who has strong communication skills, with an ability to negotiate on behalf of clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for developing strategies to foster relationships and assist clients in navigating their insurance and business needs.   Key responsibilities – Client Claims Advisor 
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, regular updates and obtain satisfactory feedback surveys on this basis 
  • Negotiate with insurers, loss adjusters, and other third parties to deliver the best outcome for our clients 
  • Develop relationships with insurers and relevant third parties 
  • Assist the Claims Manager with information for presentations, case studies and management meetings 
  • Liaise with the marketing team to promote our claims service 
  • Respond to general claims queries from clients and insurers 
 Job Requirements – Client Claims Advisor 
  • Able to work 20-25 hours / week (0.6 FTE) (Mon-Fri 9:30-2:30) 
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in managing relationships with customers, insurers and key stakeholders. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.  
  • Working towards or prepared to study for CII exams. 
  • Active and working knowledge of FCA compliance preferable. 
  • Ability to work under pressure. 
  • Competent with Microsoft office suite, word, excel, outlook and databases. 
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
